Catherine is currently investment manager associate at CapDecisif Management. With a master in Molecuilar Biology and in « Management of technical innovation in bioindustries”, Catherine was a researcher at Institut Curie (Paris) before to support emerging biotechnology industries in a Parisian incubator.

RICHARD GUILLAUME
Richard Guillaume was CEO of Echosens, a High Tech Medical company which develops and commercializes Fibroscan, an innovative medical device for non invasive leaver diagnosis.
Richard Began his career in Smith Kline & French before to join the Bristol Myers Squibb group and the then the Abbott International headquarter in Chicago in 1999. In 2004 Richard was Executive Vice President of the Blatchford group, a British company specilised in medical device. He was member of the board. Richard ahs a Master in management and a DESS in Marketing form Paris Dauphine University, completed by INSEAD. Richard has a large experience in management and sales marketing at international level in the pharmaceutical industry as well as in Medtech.

Karine LIGNEL is an engineer (food-processing, ENSIA). She completed a master's degree in finance (IGIA, ESSEC). She has seven years of experience in the food-processing industry, mainly in technical functions. She joined the venture capital in 2000 and invests mainly in life sciences. Since 2000, she held numerous positions in Boards of Directors and Supervisory Boards. Karine takes part in the strategic thinking of the companies she assists.
