The e(ye)BRAIN project was launched in 2003, leading to the incorporation of the e(ye)BRAIN Company (a "Société Anonyme" with a capital of € 425 283) on January 10, 2008. e(ye)BRAIN's head office is in Ivry-sur-Seine, near Paris.
Serge Kinkingnéhun is the company's principal founder. He has conducted research in neuroscience at such institutions as the Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital in Paris.
